El Welcome Link Banner se basa en el componente que usamos en Meta, pero en realidad es un componente separado que aún no se ha actualizado. Puedo echarle un vistazo pronto, creo que todo lo que necesita es la opción de mostrarse en un outlet de plugin diferente.
