How to recover lost reply-by-email messages?

Looking at /admin/email/received I’ve noticed that I’ve received a few emails that didn’t get posted. For example:

In this case, I think the issue is that the user emailed the wrong user “nachotime” but with the right domain.

This one, however, seems valid but was also not received:

Is there a way to access these emails or are they lost? I checked /logs but didn’t see anything.

If you’re using Gmail for incoming messages, you can find them there.

They should be in the incoming_emails table in your database. You can use the data explorer plugin to view them.
