How can I set up set default Topic Category from Uncategorized

You can turn off allow uncategorized topics, but I don’t believe that there is a way to set a default category.

I actually think this is a legit feature request. Work around is that you can name “uncategorized” whatever you want, so you would give it a different name and it would be default selected.

It’s the workaround, but That never goes well. Uncategorized doesn’t have permissions and other stuff that categories have and then it’s impossible to debug because user forgot that they renamed it.
We added a bunch of visible warnings around doing this, which has definitely helped.
