HTML tags in og:description

If a category contains some rich text in its its description, the OG description tag of the corresponding page will contain HTML tags.

A great example is the Bugs category itself: Bug - Discourse Meta

You can also see this in the OG Tag Inspector.

Expected behavior

The meta tagsog:description and twitter:description should only contain plaintext. Curiously the meta tag description already does.
