I just installed Reactions, it is turned on, but not working

yea i recommend always using a test user account without staff privileges to view your forum and test functionality after admin changes. staff have different views and permissions so you always want to make sure you are seeing what the regular user sees. also never hurts to test anonymous user mode as well.
