actually, it never kicked that off, which might be an issue…
This is a bit tricky to find. I would suggest to actually write the exact discobot command into those two badge descriptions. In order to get the licensed badge you just need to change the word new to advanced in the command line. So it reads: @ discobot start advanced user
Taking a closer look you can also find it in the discobot help section:
