I don't see solved buttons

I don’t see solved buttons in any topics I created, is it right?

I know they exist because I use Discourse elsewhere, where they are (but not on all topics, however).

The solved plugin is enabled only in certain categories. You should be able to mark replies to your support topics as the solution, but this does not apply to your feature topics.

For Disabling emoji auto-complete (per user), is it because it’s closed, or because the solved plugin is enabled when the topic is created and it is not changed when the topic is moved?

Once a topic is closed only staff can select a solution to a topic.
