I have found this to work. Add "https://rumble.com/“Allowed Iframes” to Site settings. Then click on embed in rumble video. Switch from Jave Script to iframe and copy & past in your post. I will check but there might be an auto iframe theme component that may work to just post the rumble link. But not sure.
