If someone has already ignored you once you reach a moderator level does that not apply?

You can’t ignore staff members (moderators and admins)

I know you can’t but that’s not what I’m asking. If someone has ignored you before you were a moderator is that is instantly nullified when you become a moderator? Apologies if that’s what you answered above.

Unless you have the site setting enabled that allows staff to be ignored, it disables muting and ignore on promotion to moderator or admIn.
