Can the assign regex exclude text in a quote for auto-assign? This post caused a topic to be assigned to me. The value of assign self regex is my list, but note that “my list” was actually written by Robin, not me.

It can, but its not a trivial change cause now we just look at raw, this would mean we need to strip cooked.
