Ignore user date range seems buggy in Safari or Firefox on touchscreen desktop

the ignore user modal date range selector seems to be not behaving as expected in Safari or Firefox in iOS ipad desktop view. it’s fine in mobile views and Chrome. cannot select longer date ranges or forever options.

repro:

  1. in Safari or Firefox desktop view on iOS 16.6 for iPad, go to preferences - users
  2. add user to ignore
  3. try to scroll to set a longer date range
