That would leave people in a state where they do not know the outcome of their flag.
I guess we could phrase our words such we don’t scream "Hey you're wrong" but "We've taken the time to carefully review the flag but we concluded that it did not violate our community guidelines. We appreciate your efforts to let us know though!"
