Improve error message shown when visiting rewinds after January

I think instead of saying that the owner might not have shared the rewind, it would be better to explain that rewinds are only available in December and January. Since this is my own rewind, I’m an admin, and the toggle says it’s public, the message that the rewind isn’t public is a bit confusing.
