Improve error message when bookmark limit reached

Right now, when you hit the max bookmarks per day limit, the only error message you receive is Sorry, an error has occurred.

A more helpful error message is honestly needed here. I would suggest something like what you see for hitting the like limit, preferably with a countdown to the reset.

You have reached the max number of bookmarks for the day. You will be able to add more bookmarks in X hours

Failing the fancier coding, a simpler message warning users have reached the max limit would do the job nicely.

You also receive the same error message when you try to bookmark a post in a topic that is archived which is really confusing.

ただし、max bookmarks per day が 0 の場合、常に「数秒後にブックマークを再度作成できます」とユーザーに通知されます。

アーカイブされたトピックの投稿へのブックマークは、私にとっては正常に機能します。

よく見つけました。この場合、ブックマークは実際には表示されないはずです。修正できるようにチームに報告しました。

それ以外は、元の問題が解決したので、これでクローズしても問題ないと思います。
