We are running a very small experiment to see if we like the position of the dismiss button better near the bottom.
Reasons
- It frees up some much needed space at the top
- It prevents the top area to shift around when switching the view to/from new
- The lower area is within the thumb-reach area + the follow-up modal is in the same location => increased ease of navigation
