When a file is attached, users are forced to download it to view it rather than having it open in a browser window. Where do I change that setting?
It depends on what kind of file it is, I think.
What kind of files are you wanting to display?
A pdf file is what would be used most often and I think we could restrict it to that. A jpeg is another option. I found the setting to allow the attachments, just would like it to open automatically instead of forcing a download which some users won’t take the time to do.
