I’ve disabled and replaced most of the default badges.
In my admin-badge overview, there is no indication which are disabled; this makes it hard to find the one you’re looking for.
A visual indication of status would be great, I suggest either a strikethrough (makes it hard to read, but I don’t think that’s too bad), using a lighter font color or indicating with a cross in front of the badge.

Yup, I support this. It has bugged me for a long time also.
I would not strike it out, but grey out everything may work visually here, or just the word disabled.
That would certainly be better looking than adding weird strikeout markup, to my mind.

Can you get the css to apply a grey filter to the icon as well?
I would say dimmer not darker, more ghostly.
Maybe CSS opacity in the entire li ?
Just very dim grey, barely white.
That looks perfect to me, curious how does it look for a gold badge?
