Added to 2.9.0.beta11 but it just doesn’t show. I have nothing in the ./launcher rebuild app output that indicates an error, just that it was cloned and “discourse-insert-video is already at latest compatible version”. No entries in production_errors.log and no entries in production.log indicating a problem.
Button doesn’t show in composer and discourse-insert-video isn’t listed under Admin > Plugins.
