개발(boot_dev) 환경에서 discourse follow 플러그인 설치 — app.yml 파일 없음

안녕하세요,

저는 docker를 사용하여 Discourse를 로컬에서 개발 모드로 실행하고 있습니다.

discourse follow 플러그인을 설치하려고 시도하고 있습니다:

플러그인:

아래의 플러그인 설치 가이드를 따랐습니다:

하지만 가이드에는 app.yml 파일을 편집하고 ./launcher rebuild app을 통해 재빌드하는 과정이 언급되어 있습니다. 그러나 boot_dev 설정에는 app.yml 파일이나 런처 기반 구조가 없습니다.

boot_dev를 사용하여 Discourse를 개발 모드로 실행할 때 discourse-follow와 같은 외부 플러그인을 설치하는 올바른 방법은 무엇인가요?
