I have a database of users’ email addresses. Is it possible for me to restrict registration to people in that database?

Is that database live somewhere? Maybe you want DiscourseConnect - Official Single-Sign-On for Discourse (sso). Or Sending Bulk User Invitesmight also help.

Thanks. The Bulk User Invites looks like the right solution, I’ll give it a try.

activate settings > login > invite only and then use the Bulk User Invite as mentioned by Jay
