Is [en.login.{provider_name}.name] the only allowed naming convention? I assumed name in Auth::ManagedAuthenticator to be the display name of an auth provider.
Also, associated accounts do not appear in a user profile after successfully associating a SSO provider with an account. Is that a normal behavior?
