Can we please have an option to disable ALL AI functionality current and future behind one toggle?

Self hosters, don’t install discourse-ai
Hosted customers, disable the discourse-ai plugin

Ah, thanks for the quick info! I just saw it appear in the What's New in my self-hosted instance and assumed it was part of the main Discourse install.
