A friendly private message is sent to the author of the post, describing what happened, and letting them know that for {flag type} a considered edit of any kind is enough to un-hide the post.

Yes it is. Go to the admin settings then customize. Then search for the term inappropriate

I didn’t find the template above when I searched inappropriate.
I found similar templates when I searched automated message but not the message template I was looking for

I think inappropriate is a variable, so won’t show up in the customised text search. Is this the one you’re looking for: system_messages.post_hidden.text_body_template?
