Would it be possible to have wordpress content in the same index as discourse ? So when using algolia in wordpress and discourse they give similar results ? I just want to search the same “database” of course in both my wordpress and discourse.

I’m afraid I am not familiar with this plugin, but I asked around and this is what I found out: 
While it’s technically possible, you just need to store the search results in the same indexes used by the plugin, it wouldn’t work on the front-end since we expect a specific format for each type of information we store (topic, post, tag, user). The plugin also expects internal links, so anything that is external will probably not work.
