I was wondering if it’s possible to @mention a user so as to provide mod and admin support directly from the banner?

Hello and welcome @Bart

You could create an url to open the composer for a PM to a specific user or group if that’s any use?

Eg. “Send a PM to community moderators”

You can find more info here - Create a link to start a new personal message with pre-filled information

(You may also need to set ‘who can message this group’ to ‘everyone’ from the group settings)
