Passei a manhã testando vários softwares de chat ao vivo, incluindo HelpScout e Chatra, e não consigo fazer o chat ao vivo funcionar com o Discourse.
Já li os tópicos abaixo, mas ainda estou perdido.

Visit your site at admin > customize > components and click on New component

P.S. Preferiria usar o Help Scout ou o Chatra, se possível, já que são as plataformas que estou usando atualmente, mas posso considerar outras como último recurso. Obrigado.
