I have spent the morning trying various live chat software including HelpScout and Chatra and I can’t get the live chat to work with Discourse.
I have the threads below and I am still lost.
Create an account to Text Accounts | Hire Text Suite
Select the Install LiveChat code manually option

Copy the script

Visit your site at admin > customize > components and click on New component

Enter a name for your component and click on Create

Select the theme(s) to which you want to add the new component to activate it and click on Edit Code

Go to the Common > <body> tab, paste your script and Save

Can anyone help, please?
P.S. I would prefer to use Help Scout or Chatra if possible as that’s the platform I am using right now, bit I may consider others as a last resort. Thank you.
