Is mini_suffix gem still supported?

I would like to ask if the discourse/mini_suffix gem is still being maintained. I’ve submitted a PR to add ppc64le linux libsp library to this project but unable to tag the original author Guo Xing Tan for helping review.

I would really appreciate if anyone could point me to the right stakeholders of this project.
