ما هو السبب المحتمل لذلك، لدي المنتدى يعمل كما لو كان جديدًا تمامًا ولا توجد صفحات مخصصة ولا شيء.

PS: These all are intentionally set to noindex.

Not Found : It were the posts I deleted and it now shows 404, so that’s not an issue I guess.

Page with redirect : Shows the HTTP redirect like http://example.com/ and http://www.example.com/ which I again think is not an issue.
