Francis_Martens seeks a demo of Discourse’s AI features to showcase to colleagues, hoping to see AI actively participating in discussions by offering suggestions. NateDhaliwal notes that while meta.discourse.org has AI enabled, it’s not intended for testing, and try.discourse.org lacks AI support. Falco recommends ask.discourse.com as a good demo of the “talk with AI” feature. Francis follows up asking for implementation details and whether AI replies can be interleaved with human replies. Falco confirms this is possible, linking to a meta.discourse.org thread showing multiple AI bots replying publicly. Saif adds that Discourse AI is now broadly available for Pro, Business, and Enterprise hosted plans (excluding Starter), sharing a link to the official announcement. The thread highlights available demo options, implementation flexibility, and plan eligibility for AI features.
As in the summary, I would like to present discourse as a potential community forum within our team. One important feature is the integration with an AI. We hope to see an AI participate in the discussion providing suggestions.
Is there such a demo available, or where the AI feature can be tested?
meta.discourse.org has the AI features enabled, but it’s not meant for testing, really.
It’s a pity try.discourse.org doesn’t have AI enabled (from what I can see).
