Will there be an “accepted posts from this user” option in future on people’s profile pages? It would be really useful to see a collated list of these, I think, similar to the way you can see Liked posts currently.

Yes, this is now visible under activity → solved
Profile - sam - Discourse Meta
Additionally the user summary displays the count of solved topics
