I am looking for a plugin/module that has the ability to send out emails when a user makes changes to their account (passwords, profile pictures etc). Does something like this exist?

Are you concerned about User security? Why would you need this?

It was just a request from a friend, they want to allow user’s to be able to keep track of all changes that are made to their account. If that’s an admin/mod doing it, or themselves.

So I assume it must be built?
