Erro de Javascript ao editar título de tópico

I can reproduce it here:

Chrome: Version 89.0.4389.90 (Offizieller Build) (x86_64)

  1. Refresh page
  2. Click on edit title
  3. Press Save (without any changes)
  4. Javascript error message.
