ライブチャット機能を有効にするために、</body> タグの前に以下の Javascript コードを新しいテーマコンポーネントとして追加し、ドメインをホワイトリストに登録しました。

しかし、Javascript コードを使用してもチャットアイコンが表示されません。（WordPress のインスタンスでは機能しています。）
この外部スクリプトを有効にするために、何か手順を見落としていますか？
