Hi ! I looked in the settings but couldn’t find anything relevant to turn this feature off! our discourse structure is in a way that people need to join their relevant groups first to unlock categories and channels and some people would want to join 4 or 5 groups it would be annoyting to get this error when onboarding!
searched the forum here, someone else also had this issue but there was not reply to the topic!

Unless I’m wrong, there seem to be no settings for that. For non-staff users, you are limited to joining three groups per minute.

You’re not wrong. The rate-limiting on joining or leaving groups for non-staff users is hardcoded.
