On longer topics or rather topics with many, many headings end Jump to end link gets stuck at what I expect a “maximum number of headings” position. It would be awesome if the Jump to end link could float in the menu when the menu exceeds x number of headings.

@Canapin Thank you for moving! Seemed Support was the closest cat since Theme Components is no longer available.

Theme component is the category to “present” theme components. You need to be a member of the @theme_authors group to create a new topic there. Using Support, UX, Bug, and Feature for official components is the way to go. It’s also explained in the topics:
