Keyboard not appearing when creating posts - android

Hi there,

Over the past few days, my community has had 2 users report that the keyboard doesn’t appear when they attempt to create a new topic (using Android app).

  • Has anyone seen reports of similar?
  • Could it be linked to the latest Discourse updates?

”I want to post a problem with the android app AGAIN. However when I try to create a new topic, I am unable to type in it. No keyboard pops up at all.”

What version is the forum on? Does it occur in safe mode? Thanks.

I tried creating a topic and a reply (this one) in the Discourse Hub app via the in-app browser, as well as via Chrome, and both work.
