最新のアップグレードでハード障害、フォーラムがダウン

皆さん、こんにちは。今朝、通常のアップグレードを促されましたが、プロセスが途中で失敗しました。コマンドラインから手動でのアップグレードを試みましたが、それも失敗しました。このアップグレードの前はすべて正常でしたが、今はすべて停止しています。エラー情報は以下の通りです。何か提案があれば、大変ありがたいです！
