Did that. Moved CloudFlare to development mode and bypass caching. No luck there.

Did I screw up anything?
Edit: the 404 JS file is at /cdn-cgi/apps/head/4gOrM_ieGMocV_slTew8RsUZoVk.js
That js file is not ours, I would try safe mode

Have you tried this too?
And then refresh using the hard mode: Ctrl+Shift+R
Or try Incognito mode
