At the moment if you want to do something like close a topic but supply a message, you first have to close the topic, then edit the close notice to supply your message. This is a waste of time, if the composer would instantly be opened up before closing the topic so a message can be supplied, less time would be wasted getting it opened up and more time focused on writing the message.
Just a small QoL feature.
