"Link Click Counter" が内部リンクのクリックをカウントしない、またはスラッグの不一致

The click counter stops counting clicks under some specific circumstances:

• When a topic title has been changed after the link has been included in a reply (ie slug mismatch)
  eg. https://meta.discourse.org/t/master-placeholder-text-in-install-theme-modal/213593

• When an internal link (/t/SLUG/123456) has been used instead of a full one.
  eg. /t/discourse-new-user-guide/96331

Additionally, click counts don’t seem to be shown for internal links that include a trailing slash, like this one and maybe even Understanding link click counters. I often end up with links like these when I delete a post number.
