The history icon on the site settings, which are now themeable site settings, still links to the staff action logs filtered for the “change site setting” action. But when you edit them now, the action is “change theme site setting”. So when you click the history icon, you won’t see the most recent changes. Also, it would be cool if the subject filter was changed from enable_welcome_banner to {theme_name}: enable_welcome_banner
