When adding a tag description to a link here on meta the tag display borks out:

Yeah, not sure what’s happening there. 
I’ll remove the description for now but will hopefully get that sorted.

It fails because Meta uses Tag Icons, and it requires an update to match the core. Without that, the link is not escaped.
