Long personal message titles overflow in composer

Description: Long titles of private messages overflow and get covered by buttons in the composer

Reproducible steps:
Start a private message with a long title, and click the reply button.

For unknown reasons, it is not reproducable on Discourse Meta, but it can be reproduced on try.discourse.org

Indeed, I can repro the issue.

We just changed this element to something new, so this issue should no longer relevant after that change becomes the default.

In the meantime, I’ll see about a quickfix.
