Hello, I had a huge post - was composing this for 25 minutes. I uploaded 2 HEIC photos towards the end, Discourse threw an error, reloaded the page, didn’t save a draft. Lost it all.
First time I’ve experienced such a bug on Discourse, anything I can do to figure out what happened? Thank you.

Do you recall what the error said? Can you reproduce the issue by adding a similar amount of text to the composer (copying and pasting some placeholder) and trying to upload the same images again?
Usually while investigating bugs one of the first things we look for is a way to consistently reproduce the issue, once we can do that it’s much easier to track down the root cause.

I tried to re-create the issue and couldn’t consistently reproduce. Ideally it would have simply saved the message as a draft.
If this continues to happen I’ll see about pulling logs and doing deeper analysis. Hopefully this error is enough to help here somehow.
The one I can reproduce: create topic, add tags, switch to private message, can’t post a private message with tags. Low priority bug though
