Yeah, I’ve dropped the TL1 requirements slightly from the defaults due to user griping, but it’s still been enough to keep actual spam posts off the forum. It’s a really great system, IMO.

Here’s a screenshot of a few representative spammers:

I believe they’ve been confirmed since there’s no way for them to fill out the profile with their spam website until that point (AFAIK). It’s not a huge deal now that I know how to not fill up my moderation queue with notifications, but if they ever get smarter/more persistent, I’ll have a problem lol.

Anyway, let me know if there’s any more info you would like me to gather.

Be very very careful with that.

Remember the user page is currently not indexed, and links don’t ever appear on TL0 user profiles, all by design.

Ah, ok, well perhaps it’s a problem of my own doing with the TL adjustments I’ve made. I’ll try putting them all back to defaults and see if it clears things up. Thanks again :slight_smile:
