Maintaining support for iOS 12 - 14 until January 2023

I just pushed an update which introduces a dismissible warning message for people on older Safari/iOS versions:

This site will soon remove support for iOS and Safari versions 13 and below. A simplified read-only version will remain available. (more information)

This change has now been merged. iOS 12, 13 and 14 devices will now be shown the basic HTML view. We continue to support iOS 15.7+.
