This commit introduces behaviour similar to sites
like GitHub, Notion, and othe… rs where, if you
are already typing a list and press enter in the composer,
we continue the list on the next line.
Then, if you press enter again on the next line with
an empty list item, we remove that item on that last line.
This works with the following list types:
```
* star bullet
- dash bullet
* [] star and dash bullet with checkbox
1. numbered
```
This also works if you are in the middle of a list, and
with indented sub-lists.
With the numbered lists, we continue with the next number
in the sequence, and if you start a new line in the middle
of the list, we renumber the rest of the list.

다중 수준 목록과 여러 줄로 구성된 목록 항목을 자주 다루는 저에게 이 "기능"은 매우 짜증스럽습니다. 이 기능이 주입하는 잘못된 마크업과 씨름하는 데 소비하는 시간은(같은 기능이 있는 GitHub에서 오랜 경험을 바탕으로 말씀드리는데, "시간이 지나면 좋아질 것"이라는 문제는 아닙니다) 마크업을 수동으로 추가하는 데 걸리는 아주 사소한 시간보다 훨씬 많습니다.
이런 기능을 유용하게 여기는 사람이 있을 수는 있지만, 이러한 종류의 기능은 항상 선택적으로 만들어져야 합니다.
이 기능이 제 포럼에 강제로 적용되었기 때문에, 이제 편리한 Discourse 게시물 작성기를 사용할 수 없고 외부 편집기를 사용해 게시물을 작성해야 합니다.

네, 부탁드립니다. 이 문제가 제가 자주 방문하는 언어 학습 포럼에서도 문제를 일으키고 있습니다. 이 포럼에서는 한자 등 비영숫자 언어의 문자 입력을 확인하기 위해 Enter 키가 일반적으로 사용되거든요.

Adds a new site setting and… corresponding user preference
to disable smart lists. By default they are enabled, because
this is a better experience for most users. A small number of
users would prefer to not have this enabled.
Smart lists automatically append new items to each
list started in the composer when enter is pressed. If
enter is pressed on an empty list item, it is cleared.
This setting will be removed when the new composer is complete.
설정 > 인터페이스로 이동하여 "작성 시 스마트 목록 사용"을 해제하세요. 또한 사이트 관리자는 default_other_enable_smart_lists 사이트 설정을 통해 모든 사용자의 기본값을 변경할 수 있습니다.
