When a regular user mentions @admins , the notifications do not arrive. However, if an admin mentions @admins , the notifications work correctly. How can I resolve this issue?

can you please check your permissions and settings again, maybe refresh your test user. I just tested this using a TL_2 user mentioning admins group and it worked as expected - I got a notification immediately. [Screenshot 2024-11-29 at 7.15.50 PM]
