Olá. Tenho um backup de uma antiga aplicação de fórum que gostaria de migrar para o Discourse. Qual é a melhor maneira de fazer isso? Devo criar um plugin ou usar a API para criar novas postagens? Preciso que a data seja exatamente a mesma do arquivo de backup para cada postagem.

You don’t mention what software you’ve been using. Every importer migrates the original date of the posts, so that part is easy.
Searching “your forum howto” will find instructions if there are any, and the link above will get you to all of the importers.
